Who can lease IPv4 space from RockIon?
RockIon works with qualified organizations that have a legitimate operational need for routable IPv4 space. Common customers include ISPs, hosting providers, data centers, VPN and security providers, cloud platforms, and other network or infrastructure operators.
Is RockIon selling the IPv4 addresses?
No. RockIon provides address space through a commercial leasing and delegation arrangement rather than a permanent transfer of the underlying number resources.
Can an ISP use the space for its own customers?
Yes, when the deployment is structured appropriately. ISPs that will further delegate address space to downstream customers can be handled differently in the ARIN registry from organizations using the space exclusively for their own infrastructure.
Do we need an ARIN account?
Not every deployment is the same. A formal reallocation to an organization that will independently manage and further delegate the space requires the appropriate ARIN organization relationship. Other deployments may use a reassignment structure. RockIon will determine the appropriate approach during qualification.
Who handles routing?
The customer is responsible for its own BGP routing, upstream connectivity, network operation, and deployment. RockIon coordinates the registry and route-authorization items required on its side of the arrangement.
Who handles abuse complaints?
The customer is responsible for the activity originating from its deployment and for responding promptly to abuse complaints associated with the leased address space.
What block sizes and terms are available?
We offer IPv4 blocks ranging from /24 to /20, with flexible terms from month-to-month up to three years, based on your deployment needs and current RockIon inventory.
Do you provide internet transit?
No—not as part of the standard IPv4 leasing service. Customers are responsible for their own network connectivity and routing unless a separate arrangement is explicitly agreed.
